InfuSystem Appoints R. Rimmy Malhotra to Board of Directors

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: INFU) (“InfuSystem” or the “Company”), a leading national provider of healthcare services, facilitating ambulatory care for medical device manufacturers sustainability and healthcare providers, today announced the appointment of R. Rimmy Malhotra, a new independent director to the InfuSystem Board of Directors, effective September 20, 2022. Mr. Malhotra will serve as a director until that he stands for election at the next InfuSystem Annual Meeting of Shareholders in May 2023.
