Fraser Advanced Information Systems acquires AAxios Technologies

Fraser Advanced Information Systems has acquired AAxios Technologies, a Philadelphia-area MSP that provides cloud and cybersecurity services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fraser AIS, founded in 1971, has 136 employees registered on LinkedIn. The company provides enterprise technology solutions and process automation to businesses in eastern and central Pennsylvania and western New Jersey. The company offers a global support center based at its headquarters in West Reading and also has regional offices in the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia and Harrisburg.

Fraser provides remote management of processes and equipment, including copier meter readings and replenishment of supplies for network monitoring, security, voice and video conferencing, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, management of printing services and digital signage to businesses in all industries. The company is an authorized reseller for Sharp, Canon, Lexmark, KIP, Muratec and HP Inc. printing solutions.

AAxios is headquartered in Warrington, Pa., And provides managed IT services, networking and cloud security solutions for the industrial, office, medical, and commercial industries.

The acquisition of Aaxios will increase the geographic reach of Fraser AIS and provide remote strategic planning, network management, security and engineering services to more customers, according to the companies.
