Thomas G. Dallman, MD, LLC, a longtime medical practice in Bullhead City, today announced that it has been acquired by Canyon Home Care & Hospice, a leading provider of home health care and palliative care in Intermountain West.
The Bullhead City-based internal medicine practice has been providing quality comprehensive diagnostic, preventive and continuing medical care to patients in the area for over 30 years. All clinicians and employees of Thomas G. Dallman, MD, LLC will join the 1,000 clinicians and employees of Canyon Home Care & Hospice in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Arizona and Nevada with a network of 15 home health and palliative care offices, seven pharmacies, a nurse practitioner office, and three durable medical equipment locations.
